Hi,

The symptoms you're experiencing could be due to a few different possibilities. The lump you felt could have been a swollen lymph node, which can happen in response to an infection or inflammation in the body. The sensation of heat and tingling in your neck could also be related to this. It's possible that you had a viral or bacterial infection that caused the swollen lymph node, and now you're experiencing some lingering inflammation or irritation in the area.

Another possibility is that you have some kind of nerve irritation or compression in your neck. This can cause symptoms like tingling, numbness, and even pain. It's possible that the lump you felt was unrelated to this, but the nerve irritation is causing the other symptoms you're experiencing. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as poor posture, muscle tension, or a spinal issue.

It's also possible that the symptoms you're experiencing are related to anxiety or stress. These can cause physical symptoms like tingling, tightness in the chest, and difficulty breathing. It's important to see a healthcare provider for an evaluation to determine the cause of your symptoms and to rule out any serious conditions. They may recommend imaging tests or other diagnostic tests to help pinpoint the cause. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause but may include medication, physical therapy, or lifestyle modifications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
