What Causes Hotness And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

I am not feeling right. My hands are hot and tingling. My heart is fluttering and seems to be rapid. I am sick to my stomach and can t sleep. Also feel like something is stound my neck but nothing is there. Also shallow breathing. What could be goin on?

I have gone through your query. Hypothyroidism should be ruled out in your case. You can do thyroid profile test for this. In case of hypothyroidism taking thyroxine supplements will help to normalize your condition.
