What Causes Humming Sound In Ears?

i am having some continous humming sound in my ears for last 20 days.It started with ear pain & pus formation in right ear forwhich medcines was given & cured.Later with another doctorone minor surgery was done to remove fluid in internal ear. But still ths humming sound persists. Its really discomfort. Can you please suggest

Tinnitus is common after na ear infection.
These symptoms often go away within 16 to 48 hours. I
n extreme cases, it may take a week or two. Further exposure to extremely loud noises can also trigger the symptoms.
