What Causes Hyperreflexia While Having Huntington's Disease?

This may be really stupid. But I'm in school and I've been assigned a case study project. I know for a fact that my patient has Huntington's disease, but upon examination he revealed decreased deep tendon reflexes. I am not sure where this hyporeflexia comes in, and I was wondering if someone could explain. ??
