What Causes Hypertension And Blurred Vision While On Chantix?

I have been on Chantix for2 months. I have started having high blood pressure., been woke up in the middle one night with terrible pain in both arms and in the center of my upper back, heaviness in my chest, nausea, sweating, shortness of breath, blurry vision, headache, and sweating

It is not related to Chantix. Consult a physician and start on antihypertensives like Amlodipine or Telmisartan.
