What Causes Hypertension And Pressure, Cramping, Vomiting And Pain During A Pregnancy?

I am 15 and 38 weeks pregnant...I m asking on here bc my doctor is a horrible one, I have been having a lot of pressure, cramps and pain for the past few days... this morning I started vomitting and can t keep anything down I. Also have pregnancy induced hypertension what could be wrong w me

Vomiting can be due to labor or gastroenteritis.
