What Causes Hypohidrosis?

I cannot sweat. As my body temperature increases I feel shocking or scaling all over my body and my body turn red and I cannot sweat at all even at 70 degrees I feel issues. I cannot do anything with out pain. I ve seen a neurologist and all I get is referred to a psychiatrist. My question is how can a psychiatrist make my body sweat? The symptoms I have point toward neuropathy and it seems as if everyone thinks I m lying about this whenI physically show I cannot sweat and my body turns red with out touch and I m a lot of pain.
