hi
i have understood your concern

probabilities of her problems are
1.insufficient dialysis , may be she needs weekly thrice dialysis
2.anemia secondary to chronic kidney disease
3.vitamin deficiencies , during dialysis water soluble vitamins lost.
4.electrolyte imbalances like hyperphosphatemia, hypo and hypercalcemia.

i can suggest you to check
1. serum sodium,potassium,phosphate and calcium
2.hemoglobin levels

treatment
1.if hemoglobin is less than 8 gms she needs transfusion.
2.supplement her with becosules
3.depending upon serum electrolytes she needs correction
4.depending upon her volume status , acid levels and creatinine she may need weekly 3 times dialysis.
