What Causes Imbalance After Cataract Surgery On Both Eyes?

Two months ago I had cataract surgery on both eyes a week apart. I see so much clearer and better but am wondering why my balance problem seems to have gotten worse. Could it be because of my visual perception has not yet accomodated for the change, or what?
