What Causes Imbalance And Poor Concentration?

I was diagnosed with PD 10 yrs ago. Donot take any medication. trying to overcome recent balance issues I know that if I consentrate hard I can slow down my urges to walk and shuffle and overcome the urge to fall. However maintaining this control takes a great deal of concentration. Any hints?

I can understand your concern. You are suffering from PD (Parkinson 's disease) since 10 years.
It is neurodegerative disease which is chronic and progressive in nature.
You have not taken any treatment, so it must have worsen now.
So your all symptoms are due to worsening of PD.
Better to consult neurologist and start appropriate treatment.
Now a days effective treatment for PD is available which gives excellent symptomatic relief.
