i put my contact lenses in this morning and in my left eye i had an awful pain i realised there was a tiny white dot on the coloured part of my eye, i assumed it was tissue as i had wiped around my eyes with tissue so took my contact lense out to remove the tissue but after taking the contact lense out the white dot did not move no matter how much i touched it or tried to wash it out?? i replaced my contact as i had to drive to work, there was no pain? but the dot still remains, does this mean its ground in, very worried about it effecting me and causing blindness, the contact lense is not in now, should i go to A and E or my opticians??
it appears to be result of prolong use of contact lens has resulted in dry eye and corneal erosion. now dis continue contact lens apply artificial tear drop. use your specs during this time. it will improve.
