General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The imbalance issue is related to neurologic dysfunction of parts of brain as cerebellum or others. The Placid usually does not pause any of the events leading to only impaired balance without any associated symptoms. Kindly get him checked with expert neurologist and discuss the need of MRI brain or other parameters to look into the matter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
