What Causes Impaired Balance?

my son ,25 yrs.old ht.5feet,9inches,weight165lbs. ,he feels like his body is moving like he is in a BOAT,when he sit in school by his desk.Also he feels like somebody pushing him from back to front.while standing he feels like I am going to fall down.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be vertigo and it need to be confirmed and for that better to see the ENT surgeon if the clinical findings and test reports what ever it will be done there are unremarkable then it is the hallucination it is the complaint which demands the attention hope this information helps.
