What Causes Impaired Taste In Mouth After Taking Plaquenil For Cornea Issues?

I m trying to figure out why I can t seem to taste anything. Nothing tastes like it should. It s almost like my tongue is numb. I m on pain meds for Crohn s and RA, and had cornea issues from Plaquenil, so I m now on antibiotics. Since I started having issues with my eyes, my sense of taste is non existent

I think your symptoms may be related to plaquenil usage. It can be a side effect.of it. Please don't stop it unless your doctor advises you so.
