Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please provide me more details of the symptoms you have. Reckless behaviour, sexual thoughts etc could be part of anxiety. In PTSD such symptoms can occur but proper evaluation by a psychiatrist is needed. This could be part of anxiety spectrum disorders. So please visit a psychiatrist for help. Sertraline or Zoloft can be used for treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
