What Causes Inability To Conceive After Having Two Kids?

Hello the name is Lez and I have two beautiful children and now married my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for yrs and come to find out I was unable to get pregnant due to extra cells, which I came to find out when I got pregnant and had a tubal pregnancy :( Lost the baby had surgy the begining of Dec we have been trying and trying and NOTHING HS HAPPENED :( PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!
