What Causes Inability To Lose Belly Fat After Taking Prednisone?

Male. age 71. Had pneumonia Dec 2015, put on pretisone, bronchitis april 2016. 3 weeks in hospital. Took pretisone till may 2016. Gained 17 lbs. Dr said I would loose it in time. Aug till nov 2016 took biotrust product to loose belly fat, didnt loose an ounce. Jan 10, 2017 took other product for belly fat, no luck so far. Mild constipation. Took biotrust product for 90 days. Any ideas why I can not loose my belly fat?

Belly fat is difficult to loose and the best way to help with it is to watch your diet and also exercise regularly. A healthy diet with less fat and more fruit and vegetables will give you less calories per day and a regular exercise, at least half an hour a day and gradually increase it, will help burn more calories and develop the muscles in the tummy area and will result in belly fat reduction.
Products that say they are for fat loss or belly fat loss are most of the time ineffective and not safe for your health.
