What Causes Inability To Reach Orgasm During Sex?

Hi, my girl friend is 25 and she had her first sex many years ago. But she told me she d never reach orgams, and she feel nothing but pressure when i touch her clitoris and nipples in anyway. And even though I ve penetrate her fast and long, orgams not come. What s the matter with her orgams, clitoris and nipples ? And could I fix that. Please help me. Thank you so much !

Not all female have the same method for reaching orgasm.

Talk to your partner regarding her needs. Since you are very young you have a lot of time to explore. Take your time to explore differently and all the ways possible.

Other causes are low Libido
1.     Infections
2.     Diabetes , hypertension .
3.     Hormonal disturbances- Low testosterone, low levels of thyroid, high levels of prolactin.
4.     Obesity
5.     High cholesterol
6.      Chronic disease
7.     Drugs
8.     Anxiety
Need to do
Vaginal examination by a Gynecologist to rule out local infection, USG Pelvis to rule out Pelvis infection and ovaries and uterus abnormalities, Thyroid check up Free T3 T4 TSH, Lipid Profile to know cholesterol level, Blood Pressure, RBS.
