What Causes Inability To Turn The Wrist?

Hi, my name s Amanda, i m 19 years old now, and ever since i was born i haven t been able to turn my left wrist upright. I remember going to a special doctor when i was about 12 with my dad, and he said if i got surgery, it would only turn my wrist another way, i still wouldn t be able to fully rotate it. your thoughts?

Consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan. We have to rule out possibilities like tendon and ligament involvement.
