What Causes Inability To Walk Straight When Diagnosed With Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi, I woke up this morning and my ability to walk straight was impaired... No matter how hard I try I seem to veer off to the right... No dizziness now but two weeks ago I had dizziness and feeling as if I was going to possibly faint... I ve also noticed a ringing in my ears (tinnitus) I have rheumatoid arthritis as well, not sure if that matters though

Dear- Thanks for using HCM. I understand your concern and will give you my medical opinion. Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic disease which means it affects the whole body. You might have it in the cervical spine and that can make you feel dizzy. Remember that we have bones inside of the ear and they can be affected by RA too, giving you the tinnitus and dizziness from the innner ear affectation. I recommend you to get a healthy diet, increase vitamin C and water intake. Also , a routine exercise will help. If you still with tinnitus and dizziness, get an ENT evaluation.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
