What Causes Incessant Coughing And A Tingling Sensation On An Arm?

I have had a throat infection for about 4 weeks. When initially checked by my doctor my chest and sinuses were clear. I was told I had a virus.
Lately during excessive coughing, I get stars (blackout) and a tingling feeling all along my left arm.
I am planning on seeing my doctor again as doesn't seem to have got any better.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if you cough very loudly and apply all the force in coughing then this is a kind of body manure and this action could cause hypotension and may reduce the blood in the brain, that would be the reason of black out, and other symptoms so take care while coughing, have a nice day.
