What Causes Incomplete RBBB In ECG?

Hi Doctor, I receive a yearly physical through my workplace, which includes an ECG. My results have always come back normal until this year, when it came back showing an incomplete RBBB. (I am a 52-year old female who exercises regularly). This time, I noticed that the technician started the test while I was still talking to her ( I thought you had to be completely still for an ECG). Could this have anything to do with the result coming back abnormal? Thanks....

Dear Mrs,

Incomplete RBBB is not considered abnormality. It can be commonly seen in healthy subjects.
If ECG was performed while you were speaking it couldn't influenced the results of ECG.
And you shouldn't worry, there is nothing abnormal on your ECG.

Wishing you good health
