What Causes Incomplete Bowel Movement Post Repair Of Anal Fissure?

I had an anal fissure and it was repaired using Botox. I ve had 2 colonoscopies witch show everything is fine. However for 2 years when I go to the bathroom it doesn t all come out. I m not talking about incomplete evacuation but really just the last bit isn t being pushed out and remains at the end of the rectum. No pain but this really bothers me as I can t be clean

Hi,
It seems that after fissure operation gradually some fibrosis might have developed resulting some tightness or narrowing of anal opening producing difficulty passing stool.
consult your treating doctor and get examined.
