Hello,

Incomplete right bundle branch block there are many causes such structural heart disease, cause by procedures and interventions, functional problem or pseudo pattern. Because you have chest pain, shortness of breath and feeling pass out you may have problem from your heart. Talk to your doctor to find out any other problem. I recommend you to do heat ultrasound.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
