What Causes Inconsistencies In Menstruation?

i have been having problems with my period i skip a month then n november i spotted two days, I took two ept and they were negative and today i notice some cloudy clear liquid coming out my breast like i was lactating. Wat sould i do cause i am scared and dont know.
