What Causes Inconsistencies In Periods?

hi doctor,
i'm a PCO patient with strong family history. i suffer -long time- of missed cycle up to 10 months.my LMP was on 12/12/2013. i recieved lutofelone injection on 2 successive days starting on 13/2/2014 and till now (25/2/2014) the period still missed!!!
please sir help me what's the problem with me!!
