sir i am not having my periods proprly, as there i sno flow from last 1 year b t last month it didnt came on itz tym, i had to visit a doctor n had medicine for dat, in this prolem i had gained weight, my stomocg seems bad , plz help me ho wdo get rid of thi sdat i would had my peroids wid proper flow & loose weight
