What Causes Inconsistencies In Periods?

Hallo Doctor, I have a problem related with periods, from the age of 12 years, when it was started, It was non stop bleeding, some times on the days the flow was high and rest of the days the flow was slow..but continued. Right now I am age of 22 years, and I am under treatment for last 10 years continuously. I gone through many specialist from BHU and also gone through Ayuvedic and Homeopathic, but till the 8-9 months, with the help of medicines things get ok, and afterwards the medicine goes uneffective. I am very frustrated, please help and suggest me that what can be the solution.
