What Causes Inconsistencies In Periods?

i have uterine fibroids and may have surgery in 2 months if my blood count improves. i recently had a depo 375 shot June 8th and was still bleeding from an earliar than usual and longer cycle. this morning i just started my cycle AGAIN... is this normal with this type of shot?
