What Causes Inconsistencies In Periods?

i am taking deviry for the past 4 days, for bleeding for more than 15 days after amenorrhea for 2 and a half months. i have a left ovary simple cyst and thyroid profile is normal. the bleeding stopped after taking deviry but now after 4 days, it has started again, what could be the problem
