What Causes Increase In Body Fat During Weight Loss Program?

Hi Dr. I am under weight loss plan recently for the past 4 months. I was 95.3 kgs and now I am 91.2 kgs. But my visceral fat was 30 and gone down by 1 and now i am in 29. but my body fat has increased why and how Also, the manual weighing scale shows 84 kgs and the digi scale at my home shows 89 kgs and in my office the digi scale shows 91.2 kgs why there is a difference and which is accurate? Sorry Dr, i cannot afford to pay and knew the things. thanks for reading my query.

Hello,

The differences in weighing machines are completely normal. You have to use a single machine to monitor your weight.

These differences between machines is due to manufacture errors. It doesn't mean something is wrong with the machine.

Every machine has some correction. It may be showing less weight or more weight.

You have to correct the reading by adding or subtracting the correction amount from the reading.
