Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. As per your description, it appears as though you are experiencing hormone insufficiency. This could be the cause of the scanty shedding of the endometrium during the period. To detect the exact cause and plan further management, you need to get proper evaluation by an expert. A clinical exam, a trans-vaginal sonogram, complete hormone profile including thyroid profile, blood counts and urinalysis are needed. Please maintain a healthy diet and a healthy weight. Take care.
