What Causes Increase In Heart Rate After Smoking?

Hello. I am from Serbia, and i have one question.As far as i know, i don t have health problems, but, when i smoke a first cigarette in a day, my heart rate grows to 120-130, which worries me much. Can you tell me what happens there and is it risky for my health?
