Hi My dad's serum creatinine level is keep on increasing to 4.1mg/ml and Blood urea 71mg/dl, Blood urea nitrogen is 33.18mg/dl even the sugar level is also increasing..can you please help if there is any possibility for curing. His current medications are : inj.novorapid flexpen 14units (3 times a day) inj.basugine catridge 3ml (100IU/ml) 24 units after dinner
Tab. Retrlix 5mg 1 tab after bkfst Tab.Cilaheart 10mg 1 tab after bkfst Cap.Ecosprin AV (75mg+20) 1 cap after dinner Tab.Plagril gold 75mg 1 tab before lunch tab. Feziron 21 1 tab after dinner
As your dad creatinine level is high and that seems to renal failure profile. as from the query he is a diabetic patient. as uncontrolled diabetes may lead to increased chance of getting urinary tract infection.in that situation creatinine may go high. first you should control the diabetes.without control over blood sugar you cannot do anything with creatinine or urea etc.
there is no cure for diabetes and renal failure. management is the choice.
visit your physician for further evaluation.
