What Causes Increase In The Cylindrical Power Of The Left Eye?
Hello, Greetings of the day! I went for a normal eye check up 2 days back. Right from childhood I wear spects but from the last 4 years I have been using lenses continuosly and my work imvolves on vomputer. The doctor said that my cylindrical power of left eye has increased and gave me drops for 15 days and has asked to revisit and then he will have a topography done og my cornea. says may be because of thr lens there can be some problem with the cornea. should i be worried? pls reply...i am very tensed

Cylindrical power of eye depends mainly on curvature &shape of front of cornea. This change may occur due to age, myopia (nearsightedness, where a change of glasses help/ growth.
