What Causes Increase In Vitamin B6 And B12 Levels?

My B6 & B12 levels have been increasing over the last 6 months even though I have not taken B12 injections, B complex supplement or a daily multiple vitamin/mineral at my dr s request to see if they could be the cause of my gastro issues, for which all tests were negative except for gastric emptying test, which shows mildly delay . What causes the increases, especially of B6? My e-address is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you for your help.

there is no requirement to monitour such level. you can inform if there is some problem due to hyper vitaminosis.consult gastroenterologist for examination and advise on any required treatment.in my opinion no treatment is required.
