What Causes Increased BP, Headache And Neck Pain After Switching To Telma?

Hi Sir,My mother is affected with chronic kidney disease, currently she is under the medication of nephrologist of apollo hospitals, she is currently using below medicines
Telma 80mg daily twice Fefol daily twice
Phostat dialy once in between lunch.Her recent blood tests are is as below Blood Pressure: 170/90, Pottassium: 3.3, Blood Ures: 100
Creatinine: 2.5. Previously the doctor used Enalapril but after the recent consultation he has changed that to telma, due to increased pottasium levels. But after the change her BP has gone up and she got affected with severe head ache and neck pains.Can you please advice on this?regards. Venkat
