What Causes Increased ICP And How To Control It?

I'm 41 and lately having severe headache on the right side of the head, dropping down to neck on and off. Happens especially when masterbating or even smoking. My doctor said it's nothing to worry about. Its only increased ICP. What may be causes of increased ICP and how to control at this age?
