What Causes Increased Anger Before Seizures?

My granddaughter had a seizure passed out and when she came to it took 45 minutes for her to respond normally. A scan shows something wrong with ST we are waiting to find out. Prior to this she would be full of anger and fly into rages. This sounds scary. Is it?
