What Causes Increased Body Temperature And Severe Headache?

I have had two nights in a row where my body heat has rapidly climbed to an uncomfortable level. In addition or because of this I also had a severe headache. The last session occurred during sleep and caused me to wake up in alarm due to the heat and level of the headache. Several aspirins later and cold towels allowed me to get through this but the internal alarm that woke me up is unsettling!

Severe headache could be a sign of many clinical problems like high blood pressure, reduced water intake, sign of underlying infection etc.
You have not mentioned about your past history of similar or other medical problems.
It is better you get a complete medical check up.
