What Causes Increased Bowel Movement After Dry-heaving?
after 4 to 5 hours of dry heaving I finally threw up in the course of 2 to3 hrs. while doing this I did move bowels 5 times and not loose. Today stomach is much better, but recovery is slow with throat and minimal discomfort in lower stomach area. what should I eat and drink.

Dry heaving followed by vomiting, frequent bowels and abdominal discomfort can suggest acute gastritis or gastroenteritis(if stools turns watery). If heaving or vomiting continues, you can take combination tablet of Pantoprazole + domperidone once daily for 3 days. Avoid spicy and fried items. Have a soft diet. Drink enough fluids.
