Hello
Increased hairs loss, delaying healing of wound , shacking and weakness before food , these symptoms may be due to these reasons , these includes.
1 Hypoglycemia , decrease in glucose level produces such type of symptoms . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood sugar level.
2 Hyperglycemia as this is also most common cause of such type of symptoms so get in blood examination for sugar level .
3 THYROID hormonal imbalance .Get in blood examination for thyroid hormone .
In my opinion consult an ENDOCRINOLOGIST and get his opinion.
