What Causes Increased Hunger And Back Pain After A Tubectomy?

I had my tubes tied 2 1/2 years ago. Since then I have always had my monthly usually the end of the month normally the last saterday. I havent had my period since Oct. I am tired, I am always hungry, a little bit of back pain, and gassy. Could I be pregnant
