What Causes Increased Pulse Rate And BP?

My resting pulse has been between 95 and 100 for about 6 hours and my blood pressure has been borderline high. I take lisinopril 10mg everyday. I have a headache that feel like someone is pressing my temples together. Should I go to the ER is like 1030 at night.

Hi, thank you for asking healthcare Magic.
A pulse rate between 95 and 100 with a borderline high blood pressure might not really be a cause for alarm. It may be as a result of stress or anxiety. What you need to do is to calm down and try to forget certain things that might be disturbing you by distracting yourself. The pulse rate would gone down and consequently the blood pressure would drop. You may get to your doctor later to complain.

I hope that helps
I wish you well
