What Causes Increased Vaginal Bleeding And Diarrhoea?

I am on xarelto for Factor X Leinden. Recently I have noticed increased vaginal bleeding and diahrea. I can t tell where the blood is coming from. My periods are irregular even thought I have an IUD. My mother has history of ulcertivcolitis and had her colon removed due to polyps. I am polycystic and felt that I had a cyst burst between cycles.

It could be due to hormonal changes,bleeding is not due to zeralo.
