What Causes Increased Vaginal Discharge While In Weight Loss?

I have lost 15 pounds thru weight watchers. I am on .75 of levothyroxine. About 6 weeks ago I noticed having an increase of vaginal discharge. I have had a total hysterectomy. Could my weight change mean I have too my meds which could be causing the discharge. I went to the doctor last week and am waiting the result of a wet prep but he did not see any yeast.
