What Causes Increasing Pain In Hips With Exercise?

hi i have noticed small lumps in my hip area well one each side at moment but one is bigger than other presume theses are just glands (not painful to touch) i have been getting increasing pain with exercise in my hip area as well and can be quite difficult to walk afterwards more so in my right hip the pain has been accruing for about 9 months now i am 27 year old male
