What Causes Indent In Bones Leading To Severe Pain?

My questions has been haunting me for years it started with a back pain which left me with and indented lower back, then to my thumbs now I don't have proper movement of them and then my big toes!! And on my shin I'm now developing indents they hurt when it now comes in or I forgot to mention between my breast I also have and indent. Could you help me???
