What Causes Indentation In Both The Armpits?

Hi, I've noticed that in my underarm area on both sides I have a dimple in the same place (at the top of my underarm area nearer to my arm) but on one side it seems to be more prominent - do you think this is anything to be concerned about. I can't feel any lump.
