What Causes Indentation On Head Along With Mild Headache And Nausea?

Hi - I hit my head fairly hard getting into the back of a car yesterday. It felt like the worst head bump I ve ever had and hurt intensely for about 15 minutes. There was also a sensation of coldness that started about 10 minutes later. Today I have soreness in the area and there is one section that is indented and feels soft and squishy compared to the surrounding area that feels hard like the rest of my scalp. That area is very tender. Should I see a doctor. I have had some slight headache and did have nausea last night and only very fleeting nausea today when I was driving. Thanks for your help -

I really appreciate your concern, it is very important to be in under medical observation for couple of days if this is the head injury so better to see the doctor and CT brain is advisable hope this information helps
